By making a reservation through GoShoreExcursions.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

Booking Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the tour operator. A booking is not considered confirmed until the tour operator verifies availability and the client receives an official confirmation email and electronic ticket (e-ticket) from GoShoreExcursions.com.

The e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process within approximately 48 hours and It will include important information such as the meeting location, tour operator contact details, payment instructions for the remaining balance, and emergency contact information. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review and verify all booking details.

Role of GoShoreExcursions.com

GoShoreExcursions.com acts solely as an independent booking agent between the client and the tour operator. GoShoreExcursions.com does not own, operate, or control the tours, transportation, equipment, or services provided by the tour operators.

The tour operator is fully responsible for operating the excursion, delivering the services, maintaining safety standards, and complying with all applicable local laws, regulations, and insurance requirements.

Payments and Balance

The deposit collected at the time of booking represents GoShoreExcursions.com’s service and booking fee. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the tour operator on the day of the excursion, using the payment method accepted by the tour operator.

Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in denial of participation in the excursion, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Tour Requirements and Restrictions

Each tour operator establishes specific requirements, restrictions, and participation conditions. These may include, but are not limited to:

·         Minimum or maximum age requirements

·         Health and medical restrictions

·         Physical fitness requirements

·         Weight or height limitations

·         Safety and operational restrictions

Clients are responsible for reviewing all tour descriptions, requirements, and restrictions prior to booking. If a client fails to meet the tour operator’s requirements or is denied participation for safety or operational reasons, no refund will be issued.

These restrictions are established to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and may be required by law, insurance policies, or operational standards.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Each tour is subject to the cancellation policy established for that specific tour.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:
reservations@goshoreexcursions.com
using the same email address provided during booking.

Refund eligibility will depend on the specific tour’s cancellation policy.

Full refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

·         If the cruise ship does not dock at the scheduled port

·         If the tour operator cancels the excursion due to weather or unsafe conditions

·         If the tour operator is unable to operate the excursion

No refunds will be issued in the following situations:

·         Failure to appear at the designated meeting location and time (no-show)

·         Failure to meet participation requirements or restrictions

·         Voluntary withdrawal from the excursion after it has started

·         Failure to pay the remaining balance directly to the tour operator

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may take up to 7 business days or longer depending on the financial institution.

 

Changes and Modifications

Tour operators reserve the right to modify or adjust tour itineraries, schedules, routes, transportation, equipment, or activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Such modifications may occur without prior notice and are made in the interest of client safety and operational efficiency.

Participation in the modified tour constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Cruise Ship Schedule Changes

GoShoreExcursions.com and tour operators make every reasonable effort to coordinate excursion schedules with cruise ship arrival and departure times.

If there is a change in the cruise ship itinerary, clients must notify GoShoreExcursions.com as soon as possible. Rescheduling options will depend on availability and the tour operator’s policies.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

·         Arriving on time at the designated meeting location

·         Providing accurate contact and booking information

·         Reviewing all tour requirements and restrictions

·         Following all safety instructions provided by the tour operator

·         Ensuring they meet all health and physical requirements

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

Limitation of Liability


GoShoreExcursions.com shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in any excursion.

All services are provided by independent tour operators, and any claims or disputes must be addressed directly with the tour operator.

By booking through GoShoreExcursions.com, the client agrees to release GoShoreExcursions.com from any liability related to the performance or operation of the excursion.
