- Participants must be at least 12 years old and a minimum of 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall.
- Maximum weight limit is 300 pounds (130 kg).
- Maximum of 5 participants per immersion. Groups larger than 5 will be divided into separate immersions (typically scheduled back-to-back).
- Maximum age to participate is 69 years old.
- For safety reasons, participants may not join this tour if they have had surgery within the past six months, have a history of heart, lung, or respiratory conditions, suffer from asthma, use insulin, have epilepsy, experience back or neck problems, have limited mobility, or are pregnant.
- Participants experiencing a cold or congestion cannot participate, as equalizing during the immersion will not be possible.
- We recommend bringing additional cash for souvenirs, photos, or any extra services not included in your tour.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, and bringing swimwear, sunglasses, a hat or cap, and a towel (towels are available for rent at the resort if needed).

What if the weather is bad?If sea conditions are unsafe, the immersion may be canceled. You will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Can non-participants come along?Yes. Non-participants may join as observers free of charge and enjoy access to the resort facilities.
Is sunscreen allowed?To protect our reefs, please apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes before entering the water and avoid reapplying during the tour. We recommend wearing protective clothing, such as long sleeves and a hat.
Are food and drinks available at the resort?Yes. The resort offers bars and a restaurant (at your own expense). Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
